Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Artist's Description

Computer-generated, false-colour image of Comet Halley taken on 4 March 1986. The nucleus of the comet is the white area at centre left. The colour code represents the profile of brightness which increases from the outer regions of the tail (red) to the nucleus of the comet (white). The original black-and-white photograph was taken by the 1.2m UK Schmidt Telescope in Australia.
